Piggly Wiggly, LLC is hiring a Meat Cutter to master the craft and educate customers on premium cuts. You will work closely with the Meat Manager to deliver high-quality products and engaging cooking guidance.

We seek a detail-oriented professional who leads by example, trains teammates, and ensures every customer leaves with the perfect cut and confident cooking advice in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven passion for meat cutting and culinary craft.

• Able to motivate and mentor teammates in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Expert butchery: break down beef, pork, lamb, and poultry with precision and craft specialty items.
• Educate customers on cuts and best cooking methods for meat and seafood.
• Mentor teammates on cutting, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Receive and store deliveries to maintain freshness and inventory integrity.
• Follow health, sanitation, and weights and measures procedures.
