Job description

OPS Consulting is seeking an experienced Master Machinist to work in College Park, MD. Required Experience: The master machinist shall fabricate equipment and other assemblies and provide other model shop services to advance research projects. Additional responsibilities will include:

1. Manage and oversee shop resources.
2. Fabricate equipment and assemblies required to advance research.
3. Design, build, and maintain systems.
4. Design, fabricate, and maintain specialized laboratory equipment.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years' experience conceptualizing, designing, and building apparatus for scientific research, including programming and operation of CNC machines.

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
