Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in a behavioral health environment. Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service are essential.

  • Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions preferred.
  • Must have an active three letter or associate license.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain communications and reporting with referral sources.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
  • Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.

This exciting opportunity serves a diverse population of youth and young adults affected by substance use disorders, including individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Team members will provide meaningful, life-changing support through Centerstone locations in Bartholomew, Delaware, Johnson, Madison, Morgan, Union, and Wayne Counties, reaching individuals and families throughout a seven-county region. The work offers the unique chance to serve both rural and underserved communities where access to behavioral health services can be limited, helping to reduce barriers, strengthen families, and create pathways to recovery and wellness. If you are passionate about making a difference, collaborating with dedicated professionals, and helping young people build brighter futures, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to transformative community impact every day.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical teamMaintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.Meet billable hour productivity standards.Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESEffectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.QUALIFICATIONSEducation LevelMaster’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.Years of ExperienceThree to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
