Centerstone in Indiana is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join the C-TRS team serving youth, young adults, and families across Bartholomew, Delaware, Johnson, Madison, Morgan, Union, and Wayne Counties.
The role focuses on delivering evidence-based care, maintaining timely clinical records, and collaborating with clinical staff to reduce barriers to recovery and wellness. A Master’s degree and licensure are required, with 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Join Centerstone's innovative C-TRS team and make a lasting impact in the lives of youth, young adults, and families across Indiana. This exciting opportunity serves a diverse population of youth and young adults affected by substance use disorders, including individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Team members will provide meaningful, life-changing support through Centerstone locations in Bartholomew, Delaware, Johnson, Madison, Morgan, Union, and Wayne Counties, reaching individuals and families throughout a seven-county region. The work offers the unique chance to serve both rural and underserved communities where access to behavioral health services can be limited, helping to reduce barriers, strengthen families, and create pathways to recovery and wellness. Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
Must have an active three letter or associate license.
