Job summary

Land Rover of Boise is seeking an experienced Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Land Rover vehicles to factory standards in a modern, well-equipped shop. You will join a professional team, work with the latest tools, and earn competitive flat-rate pay ranging from $30 to $37 per flagged hour, with ongoing training and advancement opportunities.

ASE and Land Rover factory certifications are preferred, with a strong focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Land Rover Technician or Master Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of Land Rover systems, electronics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• ASE/Factory certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Land Rover vehicles.
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Document findings, repairs, and recommendations.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay current on Land Rover technologies, service procedures, and training requirements.
