Qualifications

• Experience as Land Rover Master Technician or similar.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of Land Rover systems, electronics, and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Land Rover vehicles to factory standards.
• Identify and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs per manufacturer standards.
• Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
• Perform vehicle inspections and recommend needed services.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay current on Land Rover technologies and procedures.
