12 years of equivalent Military HVAC training/certification.
Active TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair complex HVAC systems in SCIFs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with environmental control systems.
Respond to service calls and after-hours emergencies.
Install and modify HVAC equipment to meet security/operational needs.
Collaborate with engineering to plan system improvements.
Produce CMMS-based technical documentation and reports.
Provide expert technical assistance in mobile facility environments (potential worldwide deployments).
