Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors Company in Chantilly, VA is looking for an HVAC Master Technician to work hands-on with commercial and industrial systems, diagnosing and fixing high-stakes HVAC issues on major projects. The role focuses on system reliability, safety, and hands-on problem solving across large facilities.

You will mentor junior technicians, uphold strict safety standards, and lead efforts to maintain chillers, boilers, RTUs, and related equipment on fast-paced sites in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience with chillers, boilers, RTUs, and associated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex HVAC issues.
• Commitment to safety as a core value on job sites.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior technicians on multiple crews.
