Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Heating and Cooling Lead Installer with 5-10 years of experience. The role involves overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent technical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise the installation of new and remodel HVAC equipment, including ductwork, condensate drains, VRV systems, venting, refrigerant piping, gas piping, setting of new equipment, startup of equipment, and insulation.
2. Provide excellent customer service by interfacing with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
3. Train and mentor less experienced crew members, helping them develop their skills.
4. Ensure compliance with all safety precautions and company policies.
5. Occasionally work on ladders, lifts, and other equipment.
6. Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, EPA Refrigeration Handling.
• Own hand tools necessary for daily tasks (e.g., wrenches, nut drivers, sheet metal tools, cordless tools).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
