Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. This position involves no high-pressure sales; our focus is always the customer’s needs and providing exceptional service above all else.

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, etc.)

• Replace or retrofit existing equipment according to manufacturer specifications

• Read blueprints and schematics for system layout

• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations

• Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

• Perform basic troubleshooting and system testing

• Ensure job sites are clean and safe during and after installations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience

• EPA certification required (Type I and II or Universal)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school certification a plus

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and tools

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
