Stand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced Header Welder for an industrial fabrication role in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position requires welding headers and pressure-related components to strict fabrication drawings and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on header welding experience, the ability to read blueprints and weld symbols, and the capacity to maintain consistent quality on a busy shop floor. This is a first shift opportunity with overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols accurately.
• Proven ability to maintain high-quality welds in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Weld headers and fabricated metal components per production specs.

• Prepare materials and joints, including cleaning, grinding, positioning, and fitting.
