Qualifications

Master Hand Cutter with proven pattern matching and craftsmanship.
Expertise in hard pattern management and fabric defect detection.
Proficient in operating Lectra CNC systems or comparable cutting platforms.
Strong coaching and communication skills for team guidance.

Responsibilities

Pre-cut layout review to optimize fabric utilization and match requirements.
Post-cut inspection for notches, grain lines, pattern symmetry, and tolerances.
Enforce SOPs for pattern placement, stretch direction, and fabric handling.
Maintain hard pattern library, ensure pattern integrity and storage efficiency.
Lead master hand cutting and mentor junior cutters to elevate craft standards.
Serve as Lectra backup operator; load digital markers and troubleshoot variances.
Balance hand-cutting and automated cutting demands across production.
