Arhaus in Conover, NC is seeking a Fabric and Leather Cut Machine Operator to join the Cutting Department. You will operate Gerber Z and Taurus cutting machines to prepare fabric and leather for furniture production, ensuring precision and quality.

This non-exempt hourly role requires reading, measuring, inspecting materials, and following production tickets. Overtime and weekend work may be required; safety PPE must be worn; a reliable commute is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Read a ruler and interpret production tickets.
• Operate Gerber Z and Taurus cutting machines.
• Capable of using machine software.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Team player with overtime availability.
• Must follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Load fabric or leather onto cutting machines.
• Inspect materials for flaws before cutting.
• Select and run patterns per tickets.
• Support production flow with additional tasks.
