Qualifications

• Ability to explain product labels and provide color consultations.
• Able to follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Familiarity with iPad and internet/social media navigation.
• Professional image and positive public interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal customer experience to help customers achieve hair color goals.
• Introduce every customer to the Hair Color category and provide consultations.
• Utilize selling skills to elevate Sally Beauty's leadership in hair color and drive sales.
• Perform daily operational tasks and support the larger team.
• Participate in loss prevention and safety practices.
