Job summary

The Alan Group is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to perform precise finish carpentry on commercial construction projects. You will install interior trim, molding, cabinetry, stairs and related elements with high attention to detail.

Minimum 5–7+ years of finish carpentry and 2+ years in commercial construction are required. Wage is $35-40 per hour with overtime potential; benefits include comprehensive health coverage and a 401(k) plan. Equal opportunity employer.

• Proven finish carpentry experience with interior trim, moldings and cabinetry.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality finish carpentry, including interior trim, crown molding, casing, window trim, doors and hardware; build/install custom cabinetry and shelving.
• Safely operate hand and power tools and maintain equipment.
• Meet schedules and deadlines by prioritizing workload and managing time effectively.
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures on site, including PPE use.
