Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness Fleming Island is seeking a Master Esthetician to partner with clients on skin health goals using our innovative modalities. You will grow your client base, conduct consultations, and deliver esthetic services with Neveskin equipment as part of a wellness-focused team.

You will work in a fast-paced retail wellness setting, leveraging state-of-the-art technology, while upholding ethical standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed esthetician.
• Experience or certification in Neveskin equipment preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills are strong.
• Value ethics and integrity.
• Passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Attend monthly esthetician call and report updates to management and staff.
• Ensure all estheticians are trained on new protocols and products.
• Maintain treatment rooms with supplies; manage MSDS, files, and manuals.
• Assist with staff evaluations and disciplinary actions with management.
• Perform consultations and administer Neveskin and other esthetic services.
• Build and maintain your own client base; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of each session and inventory of supplies.
