Qualifications
- Active Florida esthetician license is required.
- Minimum 2 years of professional esthetics experience.
- Comfort with sales, outreach, and starting conversations with people you don't know yet.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized skin consultations and perform advanced esthetic services (e.g., Hydrafacial, Neveskin).
- Engage with members to promote skin services and convert interest to bookings.
- Reach out to leads and lapsed clients to drive appointments.
- Manage front desk tasks during white space and support team operations.
- Recommend retail products and cross-sell Restore therapies during client interactions.
- Contribute to promotions, memberships growth, and community outreach.
