Position Overview:

The Master Esthetician will be responsible for providing clients with skin care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans and skillfully performing treatments, including but not limited to, clinical facials, extractions, medical grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser and micro-penning.
Location: Green Lake Clinic - Seattle, WA

What You’ll Do:

1. Provide exceptional client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.
2. Perform treatments including but not limited to, clinical facials, extractions, medical grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-penning.
3. Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions.
4. Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
5. Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for treatments.
6. Ensure client safety at all times.
7. Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company.
8. Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products.
9. Follow established treatment protocols.
10. Generate and maintain a client base.
11. Attend trainings/meetings.
12. Assist with other duties as assigned.
13. Occasional travel may be required to our other locations for training.

What You’ll Bring:

1. WA State Master Esthetician license required.
2. 2+ years of esthetician experience preferred.
3. Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, and micro-penning desired.
4. Laser experience.
5. Knowledge of medical grade skincare products and ingredients.
6. Existing clientele is a plus.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managers.
8. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
9. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
10. Proficient with email.
11. Social Media experience is a plus.
12. Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged periods of:

• standing, bending or stooping.
• use of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controls.
• reaching with hands and arms.
• repeating of same movements.
• talking and hearing.

Occasional periods of:

• sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancing.
• pushing/pulling heavy objects and/or machinery.

Pay Range: $20.00 - 36.00 per hour*

*Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location and market. In addition, employee may be eligible to earn commission.
