Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert in Issaquah, WA. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, performing facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing and tinting, and recommending FACE FOUNDRIÉ products to clients.

Strong license and experience in facial treatments are required. The position supports both full-time and part-time hours, including nights and weekends, with pay starting at $20–$25 per hour plus tips and commissions.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Master Esthetician License required.
• Experience with facials, brow and lash services, skin analysis, and product knowledge.
• Proficient in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, chemical peels, waxing and tinting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all clients.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform facial services including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, microchanneling (Powered by ProCell), waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting; recommend additional services.
• Use the POS system for client notes and to book return visits.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and high customer service levels.
• Work with Store Manager to notify of supply needs to keep items on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Job Description:

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

Experience we are looking for…

• Active Washington Master Esthetician License

• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
