Trueline, a southern MA-based mechanical contractor, seeks a Master Electrician to lead electrical work for HVAC and process systems. You will handle power and control wiring, troubleshoot, and ensure code compliance, while mentoring apprentices and coordinating with other trades.

Ideal candidates will have a MA Master Electrician license, strong NEC/Mass Code knowledge, and a proven track record in commercial/industrial settings. Competitive hourly pay and ESOP offered.

Competenze

• Commercial/industrial electrical experience required.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on motors and VFDs.
• Experience leading or mentoring electricians.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Massachusetts Electrical Code.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus.
• Lockout/Tagout and safety practices.
• Requires Massachusetts Master Electrician license and valid Class D license.

Mansioni

• Install, wire, and terminate power and control circuits for HVAC and process equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on commercial/industrial systems.
• Read and interpret drawings and diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and MA Electrical Code.
• Plan and coordinate materials and scheduling with project managers.
• Collaborate with pipefitters, HVAC techs, and other trades.
• Mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians.
