Job summary

Integral Blue, LLC seeks a Lead Electrical & ITS Field Specialist (LME of Record) to serve as the Master Electrician of Record and lead field teams across Michigan ITS and traffic signal projects. You will supervise installations, testing, and commissioning, ensuring safety and code compliance while mentoring field personnel.

The role reports to the Field Operations Manager and is based in Auburn Hills, MI, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive wages designed to attract top

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Master Electrician license is required.
• Designated Master Electrician of Record affiliation with the company's electrical contractor license is required by Michigan law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfort with digital documentation and plan sets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Master Electrician of Record under the Michigan license and provide technical leadership for ITS and electrical installations.
• Perform field installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ITS and related electrical infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on direction, mentorship, and supervision to field personnel.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and ensure code compliance with project stakeholders.
• Develop and uphold electrical workmanship standards and quality control on site.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and field service to maintain system reliability.
• Support field operations with safety leadership and incident response.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and safety teams to improve practices.
