Job summary

Wheatland Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Master Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems in our Blytheville, AR facility. You will troubleshoot and optimize production equipment, ensuring safety, uptime, and quality. This role suits someone with strong PLC, schematic, and maintenance skills in a fast‑paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years electrical experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician certification preferred.
• Proficient with PLCs and control systems; able to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems and production equipment for continuous operation.
• Follow safety procedures, LOTO, and ensure guards are in place before operation.
• Read blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Use testing instruments, cranes, and hoists to perform maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and address breakdowns efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance via CMMS and report concerns.
