Job summary

You will focus on maximizing uptime, quality, rate, and yield through strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a heavy manufacturing maintenance role.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics to diagnose equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on equipment following safety procedures (LOTO).
• Ensure guards/safety devices are functional before operation.
• Monitor parts/inventory and assist with orders/receipts.
• Use CMMS to track and report equipment status.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and quality issues; escalate when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and changeovers on production equipment.
• Identify safety, quality, or output issues and report them.
