Job summary

Wheatland Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Master Electrician in Blytheville, AR to maintain and repair electrical systems powering our production operations.

You will read blueprints, follow LOTO and safety rules, and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues using hand tools, testing instruments, and cranes. Join a team focused on uptime and quality in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician certification preferred.
• Proficient reading of electrical schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems and production equipment.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and LOTO rules; ensure guards and safety devices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics to troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, testing instruments, cranes, and hoists for maintenance tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and address breakdowns, changeovers, and repairs.
• Inspect equipment performance using CMMS and other systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready work areas and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve safety concerns.
