Responsibilities

• Lead Installations: Execute and oversee the installation of residential rooftop solar systems and other green energy solutions.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a growing team of electricians and installers.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Innovate: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

• Licenses
• Master Electrician: Valid in New York State.
• SST Supervisor Card: 62-hour Site Safety Training Supervisor Card as per NYC Local Law 196.
• Driving: valid New York state driving license
• Solar: NABCEP Certification
• Experience: 3 years in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing teams.
• Startup Mentality: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Physcial Ability: Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, work in various environmental conditions
