Job summary

Powertech Electric LLC in Miami is seeking an Electrical Foreman/Superintendent to lead crews on commercial, residential, and industrial projects. You will read blueprints, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure top-quality electrical work.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in the field, a valid license, and strong NEC/safety knowledge. You will mentor apprentices, manage schedules, and report progress to project managers.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred; Florida state licensure a plus.
• 5+ years of electrical field experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA safety standards, and local Miami-Dade regulations.
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and crew management skills.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential electrical projects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
