Job summary

InLine, LLC is hiring experienced Journeyman and Master Electricians for the Mobile River Bridge and Bay Way Bridge Construction Project in Mobile, Alabama. This multi-year role supports lighting, signaling, fiber-optic systems, and traffic-management networks on a major DOT-led infrastructure initiative.

You will lead a crew, ensure safety, and deliver reliable electrical solutions across bridge and highway segments, with travel approximately 25% and a regular Monday–Friday schedule on day

Qualifications

• Must hold Journeyman or Master Electrician license or card; Journeyman credential required and Master credential preferred.
• Four+ years of electrical fieldwork, ideally in infrastructure or heavy-highway construction.
• IMSA Level II Traffic Signal Technician or similar DOT-related certification preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL Class A or B preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Able to lift 50-100 pounds and work outdoors in varying site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service conduit, fiber, lighting, surge protection, grounding, and related electrical systems across bridge and highway segments.
• Guide apprentices and laborers while maintaining quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ITS and roadway systems.
• Maintain accurate logs and collaborate with project managers, DOT inspectors, and team members.
