Job summary

HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced residential service plumber who thrives on solving problems, educating homeowners, and delivering exceptional workmanship. In this role you will diagnose issues, present Good/Better/Best options, and drive outstanding customer experiences while working in a field environment across residential sites.

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.
• Journeyman license is a plus.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile software to complete estimates and service documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
