Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a Master Driver / Driver Training Technical Instructor to lead Army driver training, Master Driver programs, licensing, and related GCSS-Army functions at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia.

You will teach the GCSS-Army Master Driver Refresher Course and User training, coach License Instructors and Examiners, and support unit training, licensing, and program management, including on-site operations and inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Army Master Driver or related logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of Army driver-training and licensing processes.
• Knowledge of GCSS-Army driver-management functions.
• Experience with License Instructors, License Examiners, or Master Driver programs.
• Ability to teach adult learners and provide hands-on coaching.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reports and training products.

Responsibilities

• Teach the GCSS-Army Master Driver Refresher Course and Master Driver User training.
• Train and assist unit License Instructors and License Examiners.
• Support unit driver-training and licensing programs.
• Provide onsite Driver Training Instructor Operations assistance.
• Support driver-training SAVs and Government-led inspections.
• Evaluate unit driver-training programs and coach personnel on corrective procedures.
• Support leader training related to operator licensing and driver-program management.
• Cross-train in movement and transportation functions where qualified.
• Prepare or contribute to briefings, trend reports, training records, and other products.
