Job Title: Master Diesel Technician (First Shift)
Location: Omaha Nebraska

Shift: First Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday)

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Master Diesel Technician—a proven expert in diagnostics and engine repair—to join our Omaha, NE team. This opportunity is designed for top-tier technicians who consistently handle the most complex jobs in the shop and take pride in being the go-to expert when others are stuck.

What You’ll Be Trusted With
  • Advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines and systems
  • High-level engine and powertrain work involving all makes of Diesel engines and Allison transmissions
  • Troubleshooting aftertreatment, electrical, fuel, cooling, and driveline systems
  • In-frame repairs, major component replacements, and root-cause failure analysis
  • Serving as a technical resource for the shop when difficult issues arise
  • Delivering clean, accurate documentation and professional workmanship every time

  • Deep hands-on experience with multiple Diesel engines and Allison Transmission products
