Job summary

Vicor Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a Master Data governance specialist who will act as the first contact to review requests and maintain ERP master data in SAP S/4HANA. You will coordinate with BOM structures and ISO documentation to ensure data integrity.

You will triage change requests, guide users through MDG workflows, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, and support ongoing governance of master data across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and MDG is preferred.
• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Memory for recalling data and process details.

Responsibilities

• Review master data change requests in MDG prior to approval.
• Triages requests to ensure proper categorization and routing.
• Maintain workflow approvals for data governance.
• Provide guidance to users on submitting and updating requests in MDG.
• Support ISO documentation related to data governance.
• Assist in understanding BOM structures and drawing relationships.
