Job summary

Hudson is seeking a Master Data Specialist to support the business by maintaining high data integrity and managing article master files for the retail line of business. The role involves processing master data tickets, validating VIS loads in SAP, and refreshing POs as needed, with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The position reports to the Assistant Manager, Master Data, and requires regular or hybrid in-person attendance at the North America Support Center in Bethesda,

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a technical role related to master data management.
• Bachelor’s degree or related program can count toward requirement.
• 1-3 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience.
• Proficiency with SAP; Specifically, Article Master Data governance and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process master data ticket queue and update progress for assigned categories and users.
• Generate and load VIS files into SAP, troubleshoot errors and validate results.
• Refresh Purchase Orders for updated costs as needed.
• Create, edit, update and test promos in systems and tracking tools.
• Maintain accuracy with impeccable attention to detail.
