Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in AI-driven solutions and Mobile Device Management (MDM) to streamline, secure, and optimize mobile device usage across the organization. Responsibilities include managing mobile platforms, implementing security policies, and exploring AI-based tools to improve device performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, JAMF).
• Configure device policies, encryption, application management, and remote wipe capabilities.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance device monitoring, predictive maintenance, and usage analytics.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and IT policies.
• Troubleshoot device-related issues and provide Tier-2/3 support.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce endpoint protection strategies.
• Maintain documentation of MDM configurations and workflows.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-based monitoring or analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and Windows mobile platforms.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
