The Client Data Specialist primarily manages client, matter, and timekeeper data within firm software, acting as a liaison to ensure excellent client service, satisfaction, and retention. Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring data integrity in 3E, Case Management, and Intapp Open systems.
2. Maintaining data flow between these systems.
3. Communicating with attorneys and clients as needed.
4. Preparing client/matter reports for distribution.
5. Entering and updating client, matter, and user data in 3E.
6. Supporting client development projects and training staff on the firm’s systems.
7. Reviewing Outside Counsel Guidelines for compliance.
8. Collaborating with Accounting, Conflicts, and Information Governance teams.
9. Escalating issues to firm leadership as necessary.
10. Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
