Job summary

Addison Group seeks an Associate Analyst to support the Data Administration team, building and maintaining referential and master data with high accuracy and compliance. You will ensure data standards, work with multiple departments, and help optimize enterprise applications while focusing on data quality and SOX controls.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and processes.
  • Attention to fine details and data comparison differences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently under changing priorities and urgencies.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Strong time-management skills to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Clear written and verbal communication to document procedures.
  • Familiarity with accounting information systems, and data flows.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, validate, and archive referential and master data for accuracy and standardization.
  • Document and maintain data management standards, workflows, and compliance (SOX and governance).
  • Serve as liaison with internal customers to support updates, data accuracy, and operations.
  • Perform configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for high availability and integrity.
  • Administer and optimize enterprise applications including SAP IS-OIL, Emerson Synthesis, Dearman Trucking suite.
