Job summary

Oracle is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality & Governance Analyst to strengthen enterprise data integrity and turn data into a trusted strategic asset. This individual contributor will lead hands-on data-quality initiatives across master data environments, identify and resolve complex data inconsistencies, and establish sustainable practices to improve efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead data-quality assessments across enterprise and master data domains.
Profile, cleanse, reconcile, and monitor data to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
Investigate root causes and coordinate sustainable resolutions with stakeholders.
Serve as data steward for assigned data domains with ownership and quality standards.
Develop and maintain data-quality metrics, scorecards, and dashboards.
Partner with business, finance, delivery, technology, and risk/compliance teams to improve governance.
Support unified data models, definitions, and master data management processes.
Document data flows, definitions, lineage, and operating procedures.
Improve data-entry processes to prevent errors and promote consistency.
Use data analysis to identify process improvements that reduce manual effort.
Support audits and regulatory reporting by ensuring complete, accurate, timely data.
