Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a pricing analyst to ensure accurate pricing data for invoicing and inventory planning, while creating price book reports and leading process improvement projects. You will set up and audit Product pricing, tax and banking data, and collaborate on pricing recoveries.

The role requires handling daily pricing files in JD Edwards and training new staff, with opportunities to contribute across purchasing and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of related experience or HS Diploma with 3-5+ years of specific experience.
• Experience with pricing data management and ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects and train new staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and ensure pricing data accuracy from external sources for invoicing and inventory planning; create price book reports; process ownership changes; lead projects; suggest process improvements; train new staff.
• Set up and audit Products and Pricing: Item Master, Item Branch, IMPACT, and Advanced Pricing.
• Set up and audit sensitive tax and banking data in Address Book for Vendors (A/P) and Customers (A/R).
• Audit Daily Pricing File to ensure all products pass through JD Edwards ERP.
• Collaborate with Accounting to audit product mark-ups and pricing recoveries (Advanced Pricing).
• Research and resolve Product and Pricing inquiries from Vendors, Centralized Purchasing, DCs and customers; update system with missing information.
• Other duties as assigned.
