Job summary

Innovative Tech Solutions Inc in San Antonio, CA is seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Architect with deep expertise in Stibo STEP to shape enterprise data strategy across Retail and Supply Chain domains. This role will design and implement MDM solutions, govern data architecture, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive data quality initiatives.

You will mentor data teams and coordinate with ERP, PIM, and Logistics systems to enable data-driven transformation within a dynamic enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Stibo STEP MDM platform experience.
• Retail and/or Supply Chain master data domain experience.
• Experience with data governance, data quality and metadata management.
• Proficiency integrating MDM with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Experience with APIs, XML/JSON, and ETL data integration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize MDM solutions using the Stibo STEP platform.
• Define and govern master data architecture, models, and hierarchies across product, vendor, and location.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
• Lead data quality, governance, and stewardship initiatives for accuracy and consistency.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and development teams.
• Conduct MDM platform assessments, roadmap planning, and best practice recommendations.

• Design, implement, and optimize MDM solutions using the Stibo STEP platform for Retail and Supply Chain environments
• Define and govern master data architecture, data models, and data hierarchies across product, supplier, and customer domains
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions
• Lead data quality, data governance, and data stewardship initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency of master data
• Integrate MDM platforms with ERP, PIM, and Supply Chain systems using APIs and ETL pipelines
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and development teams
• Conduct MDM platform assessments, roadmap planning, and best practice recommendations

Requirements:

• Experience with APIs, XML/JSON, and ETL tools for data integration and migration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
