Job summary

McBride is seeking a Master Data & Life Cycle Officer to manage master data for components and finished goods in SAP, support procurement and production planning, and drive product life cycle processes.

The role requires a bachelor degree or equivalent, fluency in Dutch and English with French being a plus, SAP and MS Office knowledge, and a detail-oriented, autonomous, adaptable team player capable of effective cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equal by experience in a similar job.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English, knowledge of French.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and change new components and finished goods in SAP to enable the Procurement Officer to order components and raw materials and to enable the Production Scheduler to plan finished products on the production lines.
• Keep master data of components and finished products up to date.
• Create and change bill of materials and routings, so that correct materials are used and correct cost prices can be calculated.
• Manage and follow up new product launches in collaboration with colleagues from other departments (e.g. Product Life Cycle Management, Product Development Packaging, Product Development Formulation).
• Manage statuses of finished products, raw materials, components and formulations based on information from different departments.
