Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Construction Science, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or BI/reporting.
• Experience with ERP and BI platforms (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau).
• Deep understanding of master data management frameworks.
• Knowledge of material, supplier, category, location, and pricing data structures for construction/EPC.
• Knowledge of ERP and project systems (IMS, Oracle, InEight, Sequel, CMIC) and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong data modeling and data-quality validation skills; root-cause analysis.
• Ability to influence functional leaders without direct authority and translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own data management across Self Perform, including standards and shared master data domains.
• Define master data standards and ownership; work with IT for governance and quality.
• Establish data-quality controls to reduce errors, duplicates, and rework.
• Set source-of-truth and sync rules; integrate data into a single source of truth.
• Harmonize labor, equipment, material, supplier, and category data with unique IDs.
• Own location master; implement price list and catalog data structures.
• Connect functionally owned data across functions; enable cross-functional reporting.
• Build dashboards and reporting for Self Perform; support spend visibility and budgeting.
