Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst for the Master Data team, focusing on accurate, trusted enterprise data across multiple sources including sales, recruiting, HR, and finance. The role partners with stakeholders to define data standards and improve quality while mentoring junior analysts.

The position requires heavy experience with master/reference data, data governance, and data quality practices, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across IS, product owners, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT / business experience.
• Five plus years of experience in master and reference data tools and technology such as Reltio or similar technologies.
• Five plus years of experience uncovering and understanding master and reference data challenges and developing best practices for metadata, data quality, and data stewardship.
• Five plus years of experience analyzing and wrangling data, particularly in a database environment using SQL.
• Three plus years of experience in tools used to analyze and visualize data such as Excel and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Identifies best practices and process improvements for data management based on analysis and feedback from IT and business partners.
• Leads and mentors the Master Data System Analysts to ensure data quality and adherence to standards.
• Analyzes data flows from multiple sources and documents data control and quality requirements.
• Translates data requirements into product backlog features and stories.
• Ensures data complies with naming standards and data definitions.
• Collaborates with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security to implement data controls.
