Job summary

BETA Technologies seeks a Master Data and GD&T analyst to define the future of flight. You will work with a cross-functional team to bring radical aircraft to production, ensuring high quality and safety standards and contributing to aggressive manufacturing goals.

Minimum qualifications include 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing, GD&T per ASME Y14.5, and experience with PLM/ERP systems. The role offers stock option opportunities and onsite healthcare in Vermont.

Qualifications

3+ years aerospace manufacturing experience or commensurate manufacturing experience.
Engineering degree or commensurate experience in manufacturing.
Familiarity with PLM systems (Smarteam, 3DX, Siemens) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5.
Ability to interpret and extract information from engineering drawings, tolerances, notes, revisions, and BOM references.
Understanding of capacity planning and machine shop operations; includes machining processes and lead times.

Responsibilities

Facilitate review of new engineering design for aircraft systems.
Analyze GD&T tolerances to determine design manufacturability.
Analyze engineering drawings and releases to address errors during release cycle in PLM.
Assist in coordinating product lifecycle management from ideation to change in ERP systems.
Assist in defining scope and creation of documentation for change management and implementation.
Use and maintain ERP system to improve production process and capability.
