BETA Technologies in Vermont is seeking a BoM and Master Data Management Analyst to audit, validate, and manage the product BoM and master data across the development cycle. You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality to ensure data accuracy for certification and production.

The role requires deep knowledge of BOM practices, experience with ERP/PLM systems (3DExperience, Teamcenter, Plex, SAP), and 5+ years in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of industrial BOM and Master Data practices.
• Experience with Production Lifecycle and ERP systems (3DExperience, Teamcenter, Plex, SAP).
• 5+ years in aerospace or other regulated design/manufacturing.
• BS in engineering or quality discipline or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Audit, validate, and manage the Product BOM and Master Data across the development cycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Certification owners.
• Review changes to BOM datasets and ensure alignment with CAD structures and downstream use.
• Develop and maintain procedures for BOM management, release, and reconciliation.
• Support FAA certification processes through accurate data management.

TheBill of Materials & Master Dataroleis responsible forauditing,validating, andmanaging theProduct BoM and Master Data for assigned Products through the stages of the Product Development Cycle.The BoM and Master Data Analyst works closely with Responsible Engineers, Change Management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to properly specify the Engineering BoM and Manufacturing BoM data for the Product.This activity is crucial to the process of obtaining andmaintainingFAA Certification to produce, supply, andoperateaircraft.

The ProductBoM and Master DataAnalystworkscross-functionally withEngineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Service andCertificationproduct data ownersto ensure the completion and validity of the relevantBoM and Master Data datasets for conformity and certification of the product.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

• Managedefinition andevolution ofproductengineering(eBoM), manufacturing (mBoM),service (sBoM), andvarious derivative datasets.
• Drive Master Dataand Part Attribute completionin accordance withProduct Development Program stage and requirements for relevant Program activities.
• Reviewand approval of changestotheproductbill of materials and related datasetsvia theBeta Change Management processes.
• Review and validation ofCADProduct Structureand Drawingsvs. Bill of Materials to ensure correct alignment between the datasets for consumption by downstream stakeholders.
• Audit and verify as-built and as-operated product records versus the released producteBomandmBoMdefinitions to support BoM Reconciliation for Conformity and Certification.
• Will author andmaintainprocedures related to BOM management, BOM release, BaselineManagement,andreconciliation ofeBoMto as-built configuration.
• Will develop training and providedetailed instructions toassistothers withBill of Material and Master Data management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge ofindustrial Bill of Materials and Master Data best practices in a Product Development environment.
• Experience withProduction Lifecycle and Enterprise Resource Planning software (3DExperience, Teamcenter, Plex, SAP)
• 5+ years of experience inaerospaceor other regulated design and manufacturing industry.
• BS in a relevant engineering or quality discipline or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient with 3D CAD Software (Catia preferred)for review and audit of product datasets.
• Strong skills in MS Excel for analyzing and comparing product structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
• High energy, self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.

Above and Beyond Qualifications:

• Familiarity with 3D digital thread and/or model-based definition (MBD) environments.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving,and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to think on your feet, suggest solutions, adjustpriorities,and move forward.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Aerospace production environment with most work being done in an office environment.
• Significant onsite work at Beta Technologies locations in Burlington, VT.

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role. Compensation

$80,000 - $110,000 USD
