Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an ERP Data Specialist to advance data quality and governance across manufacturing, construction, and renewable energy projects. You will manage master data, implement data-entry guidelines, and train staff to improve ERP system usage.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data security, and support reporting needs. This role offers growth and a culture of care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of ERP or related software experience.
  • Experience with master data related to manufacturing, construction, financials.
  • Ability to coordinate work with cross-functional teams.
  • Development and adherence to business standards.
  • Travel: 0-10%.
  • Work schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; may require after-hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data entry guidelines and procedures to streamline data input and minimize errors.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data entry best practices and ERP system usage.
  • Coordinate mass data entry processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to aid in the development of system reporting based on changing business needs.
  • Monitor data entry accuracy to ensure compliance with established data governance and standards.
  • Train users on data reporting capabilities and share new technologies for improved analytics over time.
  • Analyze system data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive the development and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work with Business Technology and other stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and enhance system functionality.
  • Manage the data obsolescence process.
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Relevant experience considered
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of ERP or related software experience

  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
