Job summary

Chicken of the Sea International is seeking a Master Data Analyst to maintain the accuracy and integrity of master data across ERP/CRM systems, enabling reliable operations and reporting.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to cleanse, validate, and govern data; you will document processes and provide user training. This role supports parent company governance and drives data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in data management, analytics, or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, or JD Edwards.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and validate master data across ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, Workday).
• Coordinate and collect detailed information from across the organization; collaborating with Marketing, Innovation, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance.
• Monitor and report data integrity metrics to ensure compliance with internal data standards.
• Support data governance processes and assist in defining data policies and procedures.
• Assist in data migration projects by validating and preparing data for uploads.
• Work with parent company to manage system and processes around customer and product data.
• Document data management processes, workflows, and change control logs.
• Provide user support and training on data-related processes or updates.
