Job summary

Trident Seafoods, based in Seattle, seeks a SAP Master Data Governance Business Analyst to support enterprise master data operations in the SAP S/4HANA environment. You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical resources to ensure data governance and process excellence.

The role covers MDG across Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance and other domains; you will drive data quality, validation, loads, and lifecycle management, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Master Data Management, Master Data Governance, or ERP data management roles in complex environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP S/4HANA master data processes
• Experience across multiple SAP master data objects (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance) and data domains
• Experience translating business needs into SAP master data solutions and workflows
• Experience with data load, mass maintenance, migration, or related tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and SAP teams to support master data operations and governance
• Translate business needs into effective master data solutions and workflow improvements
• Oversee data creation, maintenance, validation, cleansing, governance, and lifecycle processes with SAP MDG and S/4HANA
• Coordinate data loads, mass updates, migration support, and workflow-driven changes
• Maintain data governance standards, naming conventions, and approval workflows
• Monitor data quality and drive issue resolution with stakeholders and IT teams
• Support testing, UAT, process documentation, and training related to master data
