Job summary

Qualifications

• College-level education or related work experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with JDE and master data management.
• Experience analyzing data and utilizing strong Excel skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of data governance principles, business process flows, and ERP systems such as JDE or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Material Master, Vendor and Customer data.
• Participate in ERP systems, workflow, and data synchronization initiatives.
• Assist end-users with root cause analysis of data issues and resolution.
• Analyze downstream impacts of all master data changes and integration points.
• Apply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and consider business implications.
• Develop detailed system design documents to support system requirements and Ball standards.
• Provide day-to-day support of SAP MDG to the user community.
• Share ideas and data to ensure collaboration for the team.
• Publish periodic global metrics including accuracy, processing time and lead time.

How You'll Make a Difference:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Expected Hiring Salary Range:$66,700 - $93,160 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more work days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
