Focus: Partner Data Operations, Master Data Management, Data Quality & Automation
Overview
We are seeking a Partner Data Operations & MDM Analyst to manage recurring partner data operations, data refresh cycles, master data processes, and data quality across multiple enterprise systems.
This role will work with large datasets and multiple data sources to maintain accurate partner records, map accounts to enterprise identifiers, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and support ongoing data governance and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute recurring data refresh and data operations processes; monitor results and troubleshoot data or synchronization issues.
- Collect, validate, and map data from databases, spreadsheets, and other structured sources.
- Maintain master data records, account hierarchies, enterprise identifiers, and related attributes.
- Perform data reconciliation, validation, and quality checks; investigate mismatches and resolve data issues.
- Create and maintain MDM/data management cases to ensure accurate partner records and classifications.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate, scripting, or other low-code/no-code tools.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and operational reports covering data refreshes, exceptions, data quality, and outstanding actions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, RACI workflows, and data governance procedures.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to resolve data issues and clarify data requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Data Operations, Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), or Data Governance.
- Strong experience working with structured data, databases, data tables, and recurring data refresh processes.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Understanding of MDM concepts, account hierarchies, enterprise identifiers, and data governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, workflow automation, scripting, or low-code/no-code tools.
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Experience maintaining operational dashboards, trackers, or reconciliation reports.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing partner, customer, vendor, or account master data.
- Experience with partner hierarchies, qualification codes, enterprise identifiers, or similar data structures.
- Experience supporting enterprise MDM or data governance operations.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel, or similar data analysis/reporting tools.
- Experience developing SOPs, RACI models, and operational workflows.
