  • Serve as the central point for intake, triage, execution, and audit of data change requests, working across multiple functions and geographies
  • Lead efforts to automate manual data handling processes and accelerate turnaround time through workflow optimization and tool adoption
  • Support enterprise initiatives such as ERP rollouts, data migration projects, and structural changes that require data cleansing, enrichment, and validation
  • Coordinate alignment of master data standards across the United States, Canada, and France to ensure consistency and traceability
  • Leverage reporting and data governance tools to track data quality, monitor performance, and deliver insights to business and IT stakeholders
  • Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure proper data access controls, segregation of duties, and audit readiness

You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum of four years in SAP S/4HANA master data management within an IT or enterprise applications function
  • Proven experience supporting master data requirements across multiple business functions such as Procurement, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Maintenance in a complex, multi-region environment
  • Demonstrated involvement in data governance, change control, and data quality improvement initiatives at the enterprise level
  • Proficient in SAP S/4HANA master data processes, structures, and interdependencies
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and general-purpose MDM and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as SAP BTP and SAP Process Orchestration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational discipline
  • Comfortable managing complexity across global and cross-functional environments
  • Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate between IT and business users
