Job summary

Club Champion seeks Master Fitters & Builders in The Villages, FL, to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences and build relations with customers. You will interpret fitting data, manage client networks, and assist store operations while maintaining brand standards in a hands-on studio environment.

The role requires experience with club fitting, launch monitors, and sales; you will useTrackman, Sam Putt Lab, Salesforce and Microsoft Office to drive results and growth.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required.
• 1+ years in sales experience required.
• Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers tour-level club fitting experiences.
• Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the fitting process.
• Maintains customer relations and grows personal client fittings.
• Keeps studio standards and brand guidelines.
• Operates Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab and MS Office.
• Builds golf clubs to tight tolerances and uses relatio nal selling to grow business.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
